Bluetooth 5.0 USB Recommendations

Imagine

Could someone recommend me a good Bluetooth 5.0 USB adapter? my all-in-one doesn't support Bluetooth cards for some reason.

And I don't really trust myself to not get scammed....

This is a card you can use in your All in one but you will need to disassemble it.

Thats the other problem actually... I bought a new card recently because Bluetooth didn't work on my last card and it doesn't work on this card either...
