Multiverse Inventories on Minecraft Java Edition

Hi! I run a Minecraft server for my friends with the Multiverse plugin. I have Multiverse Core and Multiverse Inventories. I set it up so that there are separate inventories between every world on the server, so that Creative and Survival don't have the same items. However, when you go to the Nether and the End you lose your items so it's basically useless. How do I make it so that it only keeps the inventories when going between Nether and End?
