PC Crash

So i got my brother pc for 1000 has 32 ram rx 580 ryzen 7 3700x but when i want to play fortnite or starwars battlefront i would be like 20 minutes in to the game and my pc will crash and make a buzzing noise and sometime i wouldnt even be using it and boom crash and a buzzing noise i have dont everything i dont even have high graphics they are all medium and my ram should run at 3200mhz so i changed it to 3200mhz in bios that might be a reason irdk

Could be a bad PSU or GPU, was the computer new or did you buy it used? If it was used did you test it before purchase?

Well it was my brothers and i saw him play gta perfectly fine but when it comes to other games it crashes and makes a buzzing noise i did buy it used so im not sure im gonna go see if i can update drivers and maybe lower ram mhz
