Google it, but hey, if x570 needs more time then its good info to have.  (or whatever mystery boards can hold power that long)

 

Its not a mystery, this is old common knowledge about CMOS.

 

 

Ok so what hurt me also helped me I can was able to use ryzen master to oc and it’a stable and working now. Ram is 3600 cpu is 4.2. (I had to reset cmos like 3 more times and 1minute worked just fine all 3 times) Idk of bios will work now but I’m just happy it’s back to normal and I’ll probably give it a go tomorrow I’ve had enough stress for today.
