can a ryzen 3400g run minecraft with mods but withouth shaders and a 16gb 3200mhz

I mean, if you're running off of Integrated Graphics, yeah.....but you'd be kinda limited depending on the rest of your specs. If you have a FB Acc, Or Credit Card for Ebay/Amazon/Newegg/Micro Center, you can go buy a good used GPU, and put that into your system to be able to run even more mods.
