Hello,

I have a Dell oem 2080 (non Ti) that I believe is a rebranded MSI Aero 2080. The chip is a TU104-400A, The base clocks are 1710/7000 I have it running perfectly stable at 2040/8176. I think I can push it further with more power, I have seen guides about changing the bios to a Evga Ultra 2080 with 295w of power. Will this work with my card? it's a blower style, thanks!

Given it's a blower probably not, it will run hotter and probably won't clock much more. What are the current temps?

As for if it'll flash, I'm not too sure, are they both reference PCBs?

Yours faithfully

Thanks for the response! This is the card here https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/dell-rtx-2080-oem.b8077 as far as I can tell it's reference. The temps after 45 minute stress test is 73C. It's in a case with 8 fans so it runs quite cool for a blower.

The OEM Dell one is definitely a reference PCB, so that just leaves the EVGA Ultra 2080, which I can't find a reference to, but if it's the one I think it is, then it is also a reference model. However at 73°C the card is too hot to really push any further as you'll loose clocks from GPU boost, there is no point really. While it's not at 80°C, 70 is still at the point you'll be gaining clockspeed simply by making it cooler.

Yours faithfully
