So i got my new RAMs, this is my rig:

Motherboard: X570 Dark hero

CPU: Ryzen 5950x

RAM: F4-3600C18Q-128GTZN

So i tried overclocking them and i got them working at 3733MHZ at 1866MHZ FCLK with timing left at stock at cl 18-22-22-42 but increased the DRAM voltage to 1.37V.

That's the best i can get from them, i tried going up to 1.4V to get 3800MHZ but no lock, and then i was afraid to increase the voltage anymore.

I tried decreasing the timings it didn't work.

Should i lower the timings and increase the frequency at the same time?

PS: i didn't touch other voltages.

How can i get the best out of this kit? is there a chance to break them if i increased the voltage too much?

I would try to go for 3600 16-16-16- (i think) 32

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

What's the maximum DRAM voltage you think i should stop at?

ps: i forgot to say that they are Hynix

I don't OC anything in my rigs (I find the concept faintly silly in the days of multi-core multi-Ghz systems) so I'm the wrong one to ask.

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.
