Help! Pc not turning on

Hi... I installed a new psu to my pc and before I closed the case checked it and the pc worked fine but now after closed  the case the pc not turning on ... pls help

Led  on gpu and mb is on

What happens when you start the computer? Does nothing power on at all? Did you connect the small connector to the top left of the motherboard? People tend to forget that one.
