Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming and video editing

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I would need monitor 1080p 180hz to 240hz and possibly get another later on, mouse+pad, keyboard, would like atleast 16 gb videocard and possibly another one later on as well

get a 1440p one... 4k at monitor size/distance from your face is pointless

Unless you need 4k for some reason get a 1440p one...

would not reccomend getting another video card because sli is useless shit nowadays
