Ryzen Master not installing

Decided to give Ryzen Master a spin.

The problem:
I can't.

I download the installer, run the executable, it shows "extracting AMD Ryzen Master.msi", bar finishes, a window flashes briefly on screen but it closes before I can do anything.

Anyone know what to do?
