MSI Dragon Center Not Working

My best friends new MSI GE66 10SFS 15.6” gaming laptops Dragon Center isn’t showing his CPU temperature it’s showing everything else but his CPU temperature says N/A how can he fix it? I already had him uninstall it and reinstall it, but it didn't work.
