Repeatedly

did you have any trouble plugging the big USB3 connector into the motherboard? They are sometimes really stiff and even though you think you might have it fully plugged in it might not be.

Also be really really careful when unplugging the connector it is really easy to pull one of the gold pins off the motherboard, it happened to me a while back. One single little gold pincame off, stuck in the connector. Entire motherboard was ruined.

It was a little hard to get in. This has been happening on my previous computer as well. Thanks for the tip about the mob.

Usb devices: keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, label printer, headset, external drive.

All plugged in at the same time? Or those are just the ones you use? Does it affect both front and rear USBs?

If it was also happening on your old PC in the same way, and none of the components from your previous build got carried over to your new one (I would include boot drive cloning in this, if that's how you got data onto your new rig), I would start looking at your peripherals (assuming at least some of those also would have been in use with the old PC).
