Budget 600 usd:

Country:

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fortnite, minecraft rocketleague, blender, unity, unreal engine, obs

Other details i plan on buying a used 1080 8gb on ebay for 100-120$ this is my list so far

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pyvTNP

any suggestions tell me again don't go over 650 usd, thank you

AMD is really the best way to go. More cores help with streaming while having the clocks for games. a 10100 might not be the best choice for a 1080, so I chose a 3600. Keep in mind that I had to somewhat skimp out on storage and go over the budget by 45 dollars, but the performance will be worth that extra money.
