Screen tear

Hello guys, 
First of all thank you for reading my posts,
I'm curious what can be the cause of this problem that i have with my monitor / gpu , this only happens if i don't boot my computer / display for a couple of days. When i boot it up this happens for around 15min until it "warms" up and gets going perfectly normally.
My specs : Samsung - C24FG70 144hz , with display port cable.
                  GPU - Nvidia 2060 Super Phantom from Gainward
Troubleshooting steps i tried, updated gpu drivers , checked both display ports.

seems to me like a faulty monitor, as i watched the intel upgrade to linus' group and colton had an issue exactly the same so it seems like it may be time to replace monitor if it keeps happening all the time.

Have you tried a different cable?

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Next time when i am away for 2 or more days i should put a reminder on my phone to boot it up with a new cable, Did not try it yet,

I'd be surprised if it's the cable, but if it is, that's much cheaper than a new monitor.

I'm in games now, no screen tear no dead pixels, everything is like new. I don't get it, Thanks a lot
