Cursor not showing

Ive just finished my new build and about 3 days ago I tried starting my pc, it would boot in windows and everything perfectly, but when I try to move my mouse in the login page it wouldn’t detect a cursor, I tried re plugging my mouse and still nothing, I’ve changed my mouse and yet the same problem occurring, so every time I turn on my pc I have to restart it for my mouse to show. How do I get it so the cursor shows only the 1st time I open my pc?
