GPU not working properly.

I finished building my first pc today but I'm having problem with the gpu. It gives an error.

It shows the screen. But I can't use it for anything else.

I bought the Gpu from Ebay I don't know if that is the problem.

I thought maybe some drivers of the components are not suitable for each other.

Please help me I've been trying to fix it for hours.

Ryzen 5 5600x

b550 Aorus Elite Motherboard 

Asus Strix RX 570 

16gb Corsair DDR4 Ram

500gb Sabrent M.2 SSD

When I try to open the radeon software it says: No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware.
