Replacement for windows 'App volume device preferences'

Does anyone know of a decent 3rd party app for windows which will offer the same functionality as the 'App volume device preferences' settings page but maybe not make me want to burn my face skin off?

 

I have a single monitor, tv and stereo. I only ever switch audio between the tv and the stereo but will usually have apps playing audio on both at any one time. 

Fair crack to microsoft for implementing app specific switching, but it doesnt work great for me. Some apps (Brave for one) will always play through the default device when launched, even when set to a specific device in windows settings. Its also far to many clicks to get to.
