Warzone & Cold war problem

Hi People! I got the a rare problem... When I play other game my Cpu & Gpu are Ok! Cpu over 4.1 - 4.2 mhz but with Warzone and Cold war  my Cpu are over 3.7 mhz block! Later when I close warzone or Cold war need reset the windows because my cpu are block in 3.6mhz for all! I can´t play! Low Fps and stutterings with cold war and warzone! about the last month I could play so well and I did streamer with my computer!

So... what´s the problem? 

 

CPU: AMD 2600x

GPU: RTX 3070

RAM: Kingston predator 16GB 3200Mhz (2x8)

Motherboard: msi b450m morta Gaming

PSU: corsair 850W Gold

monitor 2k.

Windows 10 64 Bit ,Gpu an chipset updated!

Temperatures? The 2 CoD games load the CPU more than some others may, pretty heavy.

No.... the temperatures are so good! gpu 60 - 65º and cpu 55º in other games or before in warzone
