Hello, I need  a webcam since i'm doing college online. What webcams do you guys suggest that are under $50 and I would like it to be at least 1080p.

Thanks in advanced

Or get a used Logitech C910 basically same camera as the 920.

Right now some webcams are crazy overpriced.

Used like this one? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Logitech-C910-Carl-Zeiss-Tessa-Hd-Webcam/333852497441?hash=item4dbb28d621:g:R04AAOSwYDVf-hIF

The c920 is a bit to expensive. What features does the c920 have that the c910 doesnt and what's the benefits of these webcams say over the $10-20 ones on Amazon?

https://www.comparebeforebuying.com/logitech-c920-vs-c910/

Well actually pure spec wise the 910 is better better optics better sensor. Better microphone on the 910 a stereo mic.

The 920 has some processing upgrades that mostly let it shoot better in darker environments and take better still pictures.

Well the Logitech high and highest end cameras have a glass lens and a better than average sensor.

Ok cool. Does the one at the ebay link look like a good one?

Honestly I do not know.

I usually do not buy used unless it is some enterprise hardware.

It is hard to break a webcam if it was used on a desktop PC it probably did not move much and if it works then it should work OK.

I had a 910 for 8 or 9 years still works perfectly.

I just recently switched to a the Brio because I wanted windows Hello.

Those are not really much of an upgrade over a built in webcam.

I would save your money.

The Logitech ones are a step up as they use glass optics.

Oh ok. I just ordered a c910 for $32 since the c920 was too much

Should be good....

You will notice an improvement.

Bad time in general to buy a webcam with the whole pandemic situation supply worsened and demand rose.

Usually you could get those Logitech webcams at a 20%-30% discount new. Now most of them go like 10%-30% over MSRP

https://geizhals.eu/logitech-c930e-960-000972-a938123.html as an example you can look at the price chart beginning of 2020 the thing cost like 70 euros now it costs 130-150
