Will the drivers work with the Firepro and a RX 570 in the same system.

Will the drivers work? Yes. Do you need a whole new GPU for a second monitor? No. Monitors are easy to run, with enough adapters I've seen systems run 6 1080p monitors off of one measly old Quadro card. The RX 570 you have is more-than-good enough for this job, trust me. I ran 4 displays (2x 1080p + 1440p + 1366x768) all off of a GTX 1050ti, which typically benches worse than the 570, and there was no noticeable difference in games.

TL;DR, don't get another card keep your RX 570, you'll be fine

You don't need a 2nd graphics card. The RX 570 can support up to at least 3 monitors on its own without breaking a sweat.

why i need a new card is, the RX 570 turns off the second monitor while playing a game for some reason and doesn't turn it back on until restart.

Might be a driver thing or a DRM thing, who's to say if another card would fix that. Windows and games still have control over monitors, I currently run two GPUs with different monitors on each but Windows still affects the other monitor
