Clicking "switching" noise Isolated to 3070

I have a had a noise in my PC that I have isolated to my 3070

 

I ran thunder master and set a custom fan spepd of 30% the more i push it the more annoying the sound gets.

 

I rang Palit and had a long chat with the support, it seems that the repair would take a VERY long time.

 

What are my options? Sound like a loose bearing
