CPU upgrade recommendations

Hey guys so I just upgraded my GPU from a 3gb 1060 to a 5500 xt 8gb.  I currently have a I5 7400 for my CPU and im planning to upgrade, right now I am able to run most triple A games (besides Cyberpunk lol) at 1080P at 60 FPS and I just want to upgrade so I can have higher frame rate.  So if anyone can recommend a CPU and MOBO combo that would be awesome oh and I have no clue if this helps but the specific game im trying to increase my FPS is Warzone and no I believe my CPU is locked plus i have a stock cooler and im pretty sure I would need to upgrade my PSU.  Also If the CPU can help with performance even a little for cyberpunk...that would be awesome.  Thanks guys!
