Are there any softwares for sennheiser HD558s that could help configure like bass and stuff?

You could get a EQ like Viper for Windows.

this is an analog headset. so only thing you can do is change the EQ settings of your music player, like WMP, Foobar2000....

 

or something that can change the EQ settings across the whole Operating system. 

 

or change the EQ settings through the Sound card software.

I'd just use the (usually) built in EQ in whatever music playing program you use. Spotify doesn't have one though, afaik.
