Synthetic benchmarking programs are sketchy, they're good for stress testing but not so much in performance comparisons. Benchmark using something like Metro 2033's benchmarking tool or some other intensive game.

I am confused by the setting, the GTX570 is doing 8xAA but @1902x1068, Windowed? While the HD7870 is doing 1080P, 4xAA but full screen? Not exactly the same setting, is it? Anyway, the result doesn't track, the HD7870 should be as fast, if not faster than, the GTX570:

My mate has a 1.2gig reference 570 and max settings, 8x AA at 1080 he scores roughly 750ish... the 7870 should be able to beat that i believe my 670 pulls around 1150-1200ish from memory maxxed at 1080... these figures are out there :/

The image is 1920 x 1080 so if you open the image in a new tab it should fill out. Though I know the res is not perfect everything else is matched and my loan 570(right) still holds to if price give or take. If I was on something other the a iPhone 3gg I would post full results and benches
