You're seeing correctly. RMx white are really good PSU's.

Im going to buy a new psu cuz i think its broken and causing startup failure. I looked at the psu tier list and found the corsair rmx White (2018). It was colored gold in tier A. I wonder if i am looking at it right. It seems weird to me the white one is better, or is it a totally different psu? I am looking for a 750 watt psu and my system needs about 309 watt. Planning on furture upgrades within a year or two.
