Need help upgrading my old pc

So my pc is now 5/6 yo and boot issues being more often (still don't know why) and games i like starting to struggle i want to upgrade it,

what i have is: 

 

AMD Fx6300

Sabertooth 990fx r2.0

HyperX 12gb RAM DDR3

Asus Strix GTX 970

 

I am from Mexico but can order from US too.

 

I prefer an AMD setup bot if an Intel might be better i don't mind.

 

Budget (including currency): $1500 USD

Country:  Mexico

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rainbow 6 siege, Valorant, Warzone // Premier Pro, Photoshop, Visual Studio

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

 

I already started selecting some parts (haven't bought yet) but if you have another recomendation I aprreciate it.
