Fans running at 100% all the time

I messed with some things in my bios trying to change my fan curve but then when i rebooted my fans now just run at 100% What did i change in the bios that did this? (btw i never found the fan curve)

Oh nononono.... Clear CMOS or provide more info on the build

Asus Dual GTX 1060 3GB. Used maximum 4 months total. Looks like new. Card never opened. Give me a price.
