I bought a m.2 SSD. I was transfering windows from my SSD to the new m.2.

In the middle of the process my pc crashed. Afterwards I couldn't boot to windows on any drive.

I took my usb, installed Windows on it, but when it rebooted from usb to boot on SSD, the pc freezes almost immediately. All I can do is move the mouse around.

I bought new SSD, installed Windows and the same thing happens.

I tried to put my SSD in my friends pc, now whenever he boots he is stuck with the administrator privilege box, but without anything in it (the box is completely white, and his pc freezes) all he can do is move the mouse around.

What could possibly be the issue, and could my maybe dead SSD have done something to my friends pc??
