Overclocking for the first time

I'm wanting to overclock my i9-9900K, and I was wondering if my MSI MPG z390 gaming motherboard would be good enough to handle an overclock for this cpu?

Also, would the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility be good as a beginner, or would a manual overclock in BIOS be the best? Thanks :)
