New pc black screen

I just built this pc and my monitor is displaying a black screen, I have changed ram and psu. Also the fans are not on only the mb rgb is on.

I currently have in the pc:

ryzen 7 3700x 

b550m steel legend

evga aio

16 gb ram

msi 1660

esasonic fully modular psu

Your memory DIMMs should be in slots 2 and 4, you have them currently in slots 1 and 3. Why did you use 2x of the CPU cables and split them, you are supposed to use a single cable not two of them. You should have 2x Pairs, only use 1x Pair not 1x of each Pair. Is your power button connected to the motherboard?

sorry you’re correct I fixed the dimm slot issue and I unplugged the cpu cable and the piwer switch is plugged in however it still goes to a black screen
