Flight sim? maybe

So my friend had an idea, he wants me to build a flight sim for him what is the best throttles and steering wheel i found these at a pc shop close to me, any good, (http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=5989) (dont know proper terms)

 

i was planning on using 3 of these monitors (http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=22546) as they have very small bezels and it is hd obviously, thanks

My mate has that set and from the 30 mins I had to use it I quite liked it.

Desktop:  MSi GTX 680 Lightning - MSi Mpower Z77- i7 3770k - Asus Xonar DGX  - 16Gb Ares Ram - GX 750w PSU

Laptop: MSi GE 60 - GTX 765m - i74700MQ - 8gb ram

what do you recommend for gpu would a gtx 760 run a simulator at a decent frame rate (mind the 3x1080p displays)

Possibly. It depends what sim you're playing and what settings you're shooting for. Flight sims tend to be more cpu bound than gpu though.

the peripherals or the monitors? or both

The yoke and throttles.The monitor should be fine though.
