Remote gaming pc

Go to solution Solved by Phas3L0ck,

That budget isn't even enough to pay for cables. Be prepared to spend several thousand dollars if you want reasonable quality over HDMI, DP, or others... and you can forget about fps, as that costs even more to develop, and would take way too much bandwidth to function on any network. (which is why most converters have their own extension ports for optcial cables)

If you're looking for a gaming server of sorts, the disappointing fact is that it has been tried and FAILED for years. The only available software has limited capabilities, some platforms can be expensive, and NOTHING to date provides the performance of anything higher than a legacy AGP video card.

Look here to see what one enthusiast tried:

Budget (including currency):  $200 ish

Country: Denmark

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  fps gaming and AutoCAD 3D modeling.
