Alienware 17 R4 not loading

My laptop isn’t loading up like it use too.  I use to be able to hit power button for a second and it would start up and run normal..   Now, I have to hold 

power button for 10-15 seconds before it powers up.  The keys light up, the side

lights all light up after about 30 seconds the fans slowly turn on and slowly build speed and no screen.  Black screen lights and fans running.   Any help would be great
