RTX 3090 FE performance

My spec :
Ryzen 7 5800X
3090 FE
32 GB Ram 3600MHz CL 18
1440p

 

I would like to compare my performance with who also have RTX 3090

For example, I'm running Warhammer II maxed in battle benchmark 'only' on 60 fps average 
I have seen on yt someone have double FPS on the same spec.. 
Don't know what to think
is it fake it video or I'm doing something wrong

no its not 

max have like 74 fps but it droping sometime to 54

is it realistic or something holding me to take full performance from 3090 ?

 

on Skaven Benchmark its droping to ... 39 FPS 

 

I have seen 3080 doing better
