I have a msi z370 gaming pro carbon mobo. My cpu i5-9400f and support 2666mhz ram. 

My ram hyperx furry, ddr4 16 gb 3000 mhz. Can i keep the ram on 3000mhz if my mobo support oc 4000mhz+ and processor is limited on 2666mhz.??? The ram is runing on 2666 or 3000 . How to keep 3000mhz?

No any intel processor without a k on the end cant use higher speed ram because intel says so, unfortunately
