missing core's?

Hello, i got a 5950x some days ago (16 core processor), but it seems like im missing some core's, (see task manager picture) 8 core 16 thread

 

i can't enable smt mode in bios, only auto or disable.

 

im running a dark hero x570 motherboard with bios version 3003

 

do anyone know what is wrong?
