BSOD 0xF4 error on startup

Let me just start from the beginning after I noticed this happening.

 

So a few months ago I decided to see if my motherboard needed a BIOS update. I opened up @Bios (i'm running a Gigabyte Z77 UD5H) and it wasn't really clear (as I forget what i'm looking at since it's been a while) so I told it to update so i'd get one if there was or just let it do its thing. I forget if it had me restart my computer or if I did it later, but I restarted my computer. Upon booting it gave me some sort of problem that ended up being my external HDD was being used as the boot device instead of my SSD. So after booting it seemed everything was fine. Well I shut down my computer for something and started it later and I recieved a 0xF4 BSOD. And this seems to happen almost every time I boot my computer. I've tried updating the BIOS again, i've tried going back to a previous restore point, i've tried repairing Windows (Windows 7 Professional 64bit) and nothing. I've reset the CMOS, i've started in safe mode (which I can force and works 100% of the time) but never normally boot. So i'm led to believe it might be a driver issue, but outside of Razer Comms which I had installed at a similar time (and begun having countless problems with that don't seem to be the fault of Razer... as hard as that was for me to believe at the time) nothing has changed on my system at all. I have noticed that my motherboard thinks my SSD is drive F but other than that i'm not sure. Just about the only thing I haven't done is uplug my two HDD's and or everything USB and see if that works.

 

So I was hoping people here might have some ideas. I've googled around and there doesn't seem to be a clear answer to what the problem is nor a solution at all. All i've been able to gather is that it's been happening to people who either built their computer or bought a real gaming computer.
