Heat issue with 3700x

I have a issue with my 3700x where it gets very hot. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. If you are wondering I'm using the h100i RGB PRO XT for my cooler. If anyone has any tips on how to cool down the CPU more that will help. Thanks! I do have money to invest in more fans in necessary*

You shouldn't really worry about these temps as 123.13°F are around 52°C. Do these temps occur when you hit the CPU with a load or do they occur while the CPU is idle?
