Asus Armoury Crate, is it ok to use turbo mode but with a limit temp of 70c to apu

So my laptop is Asus Tuf Fx505Dt

R5 3550h

1650

16gb ram (2x 8gb ram)

 

To limit the temp of my apu, i use ryzen controller, but with armoury crate (turbo mode), the fans are quite fast, I'm wondering if its ok that the fans are fast and loud.

The only real drawback with having high fan speed is that they can get annoying. It may technically reduce its lifespan, but from like 8 years to 7.5 years, and increasing the lifespan of the rest of the components in the system. If you can stand it, just leave them on high. If it gets annoying, lower it a little
