Idle temperature

So I’m taking a look at my friends pc because he says it’ll boot but after a few minutes of gaming it shuts down. My first instinct is that it’s most likely overheating. The idle temp for the cpu is 58c, my question is, is that too high of a temperature or could the issue lie in another part. I haven’t been able to test under load due to not having wifi on this pc. Also this is an nzxt aio, and I can’t seem to hear the punk working.
