Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Space Engineers, Mount and Blade Bannerlord, XCOM, ect. I will also be using a single 1080p 144hz monitor.

Looks good. If you get your motherboard from Microcenter (for $20 off processor) and increase the budget by $80 you can get a Ryzen 5600X processor
