Hi!

I have an ASUS rog strix G15DH. Everything was working just fine until one day, i was gaming and suddenly my monitors turned black. Nothing worked. I thought the game crashed or something, i restarted the pc and only one monitor showed picture. Tried new cable and all nothing worked. In the device manager, GPU is listed but has a yellow triangle and it says: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". GPU has power since rgb are on and fan is on. Any help? :) I also get purple lines all over the screen and they move sometimes when mouse moves.

GPU is rtx 2070 super

___________

Tried updating drivers still no result.

Possibly crashed drivers, did you install drivers from the nvidia website or did you never install drivers yourself?

Windows installed them automatically. I tried uninstalling them than redownloading from nvidias website. Not a change :/

You don't have to follow the guide 100%, but what I would do is this.

1.) Make sure all power cables are connected and GPU is seated in PCIE lane properly

2.) Delete all Nvidia folders, %Appdata%, Programs Files etc...

3.) Registry clean with CCleaner

4.) Uninstall display driver from device manager

5.) Install Nvidia latest drivers for card, with fresh install

6.) Run windows update to make sure display device drivers are installed (Separate from card drivers.)

7.) Make sure GPU is enabled in device manager

Fix NVIDIA Code 43: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (thegeekpage.com)

Try this and get back to me please.
