ok so basically I am very very stupid

I have been trying for hours to change my windows 10 pro, to windows 10 home but no matter what I did, it didn't work. so my bright idea was to just wipe the computer. But instead of doing it normally, I went into the disc management thing or whatever it is in the advanced start up menu and Formatted EVERY drive, and partition of those drives. One was an sata ssd and the other a hard drive. I have a usb with windows that I can boot from and get to the install windows thing, but when I go to install windows ten now it says I cant because I have to go into windows to reinstall it first??? but I can't get into windows in the first place because I get error code 0xc000000f. I could go onto the recovery environment like ten minitues ago, but now my pc just restarts when I try to do that. I have no idea what to do now because I can't reinstall windows, nor get into windows to reinstall it like its telling me to do. Basically under the error is said something about system 32 not being found (i think) but now that its restarting when I try to do anything it says nothing. Please help me.... please I beg you, I just wanna play rtx minecraft );
