Even in crypto mining where that connection isnt the most important, it would suffer quite a bit like that.

Get a board with two x16 slots to at least run 8 and 8 if you want to do that.

 

If you want to get into casual crypto mining, the price of an RTX 3070 could get you one of those custom motherboards with a little Celeron and a dozen pcie slots to attach a ton of rx 570’s to, which would be more economical and probably a little more fun to work with than a second gpu in your main pc.

It has two PCI E slot. Cant I use 2 riser on it?
