iPhone transfer

Is the a app or way to 'mount' an iphone (like you use to able to) and pull old photos off it?

I'm not talking about the 'Camera Roll' or recently taken, but other photos that might still be on the phone?

Yep!
As long as you have a USB cable, you should be able to connect it to your PC.
I do this a lot with my mom's iPhone SE because it's faster than email.

With the new itunes, it doesn't. These are all old photos that have just been transferred along for year on new phone upgrades. I could email them all, but thats a LOT of emails LOL

Just use file explorer, you don’t need iTunes.
