Hi,

With hotter summer weather about to start up in my side of the world, i have installed a 240V rack mount fan in my 12RU rack in the garage.

A the rack is tucked up the back, and is hard to reach to plug the fan in when i need it, i was thinking of installing a Thermostat Switch to trigger on at 40*c or higher, and turn off again when the ambient was lower.

As i will be dealing with mains voltage, and being color blind (red / green not for me) i was wondering if there are any 240V off the shelf solutions i could get?

Talk to a heating/ air conditioning company. I'm sire they would have a 240 volt A/C thermostat.

Thanks, there is one across the road from my work place, I'll see what they have.

Edit - I found one that goes up to 35*C, I'll see how it goes.
