You can do this I guess, but normally the network streaming performance is gonna be pretty bad, so I wouldn't do this.

That speed isn't the issue, the issue is latency and dropouts. Phone network connections likely aren't great.

 

Give a try with parsec and a vm, but really, this isn't a good solution. Either setup your phone to run better on the hardware it has, or get a faster phone.

Adding more cores won't make a phone faster, most programs on a phone don't scale well to a lot of cores, and better single thread speed will help more.
