Remote controlling iPhone from PC (Windows 10)

Hi all,

 

Is there any way to remote control your iPhone from my PC (Windows 10)? There are a lot of applications that allow you to control your PC from your iPhone, but I'm not sure about the other way around. 

 

I'm open to any suggestions.
