POST stopped working

I was trying to install windows onto my Asus Tuf x570 plus and I needed to enter my bios. I followed the manual pressed control alr delete restart power on then power off. I then held down the del key when I may have been supposed to hold delete. The computer now won’t post but my keyboard mouse and whole entire pc will turn on. How can I fix this?
