Blinking Screen when drawing anything using mouse

I am using an Acer Nitro 5 2019 model, don't know what's wrong with my laptop display it starts blinking when drawing something using mouse. I tried Uninstalling and Re-Installing my Display Adaptors ,still same. Then I tried Resetting thinking that maybe a fresh installation of windows and all the drivers would do the job, But no change in this problem. i have been using this laptop from August 2020.  Please help Me Out
